Note that our technical requirements have been revised. The change to update the requirements reflects our long-standing requirement that the member service area only be accessed using as safe and secure a browser as possible. For our purposes that means the most recent version of a supported browser. Because Microsoft has now made Internet Explorer version 8 available to Windows XP users, we will no longer support any version of Internet Explorer prior to version 8. Likewise, we will also no longer support any version of Firefox prior to version 3.6. Since we have not received any recent support requests relating to browser usage, we believe the change will be of minimal impact.
